No, We Won’t Build a School There

This is not about land.
This is not about architecture.
This is about civilizational memory, cultural dignity, and historical justice.

Why Hindus Must Reclaim Their Mandirs

1. Every Brick is Stolen Memory

Most major mosques built in India during Islamic rule were not original constructions. They were:

  • Built on top of Hindu temples
  • Using pillars, domes, and sanctums ripped from ancient mandirs
  • Created to erase, dominate, and replace

Reclaiming is not vengeance. It is restoration.
It’s telling our ancestors: “We didn’t forget what they took.”

2. You Don’t Build Schools on Graves

Saying “build hospitals instead of temples” is like telling:

  • Jews not to preserve Auschwitz
  • Native Americans to replace sacred lands with malls

It’s morally bankrupt to build progress on top of trauma.
You honor, preserve, and correct.

3. “Schools Not Temples” Is Hypocrisy

No one says:

  • Don’t build Haj Houses
  • Don’t fund Madrasas
  • Don’t renovate Mughal tombs

Only Hindus are told to abandon their gods in the name of progress.

As if education and devotion are enemies.
As if temples didn’t teach and heal for over a thousand years.

4. Temples Were the Original Ecosystems

Temples were:

  • Centers of learning (astronomy, grammar, philosophy)
  • Hospitals of Ayurveda and surgery
  • Cultural hubs of dance, music, and tradition

They weren’t just places of worship.
They were living universities — until invaders crushed them.

5. Reclaiming Is Civilizational Integrity

No culture is shamed for:

  • Preserving sacred spaces
  • Rebuilding what was lost
  • Honoring ancestors

Only Hindus are mocked for remembering history.
But this isn’t religious land grabbing. It’s correction.

To the “Build Schools Instead” Crowd:

  • You didn’t cry for schools when colonial bungalows stayed untouched.
  • You didn’t ask for clinics instead of Mughal tomb renovations.
  • You weren’t screaming for hospitals when Haj subsidies soared.

But a Ram Mandir rises?
Suddenly you become Charity Gandhi with a WiFi connection.

Final Word:

Reclaiming our temples is:

  • Justice
  • Memory
  • Continuity

They tried to erase us.
We remember.
And now,
we rebuild.
